Delivery Policy

Manga Translator commits to making all digital products or services, including subscriptions, available to you immediately upon purchase confirmation. This ensures our customers can access our services with maximum efficiency.

Refund Policy

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by Manga Translator management. Each request is considered based on several factors, including:

• The extent of product or service usage since purchase.
• The nature and validity of the refund request.
• The time elapsed since the initial purchase date.

As stated in our Terms of Service, failure to comply with platform rules may result in a ban, and in such instances, you might lose the benefits of your subscription without the right to a refund. Manga Translator reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on these factors.

Cancellation Policy

Customers have the right to cancel their subscriptions at any time without penalty. To initiate a cancellation, please log into your account and manage your subscription settings, or contact our customer service team for assistance.

Cancellations will be processed immediately. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next cycle. No refunds or credits will be provided for any remaining days in your current billing period.

Privacy Policy

Manga Translator built the Manga Translator app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Manga Translator and is intended for use as is. This page informs visitors about our policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information when using our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information according to this policy. The Personal Information collected is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your email address.

Terms of Service

By downloading or using the Manga Translator app, these terms will automatically apply to you. This Manga Translator User Agreement (“Terms”) applies to your access to and use of the websites, mobile apps, and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Manga Translator (“MangaOT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

1. Your Access to the Services

Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to create an Account or otherwise use the Services. You must also be over the age required by the laws of your country to create an account, or we must have received verifiable consent from your parent or legal guardian. Certain Services may require you to be 18 years of age or older. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Your Use of the Services

Manga Translator grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use and access the Services solely as permitted by these Terms. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Manga Translator.

License Restrictions & Prohibited Actions: You are not allowed to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative versions of the app or its content.
• Attempt to extract the source code of the app or translate it into other languages.
• License, sell, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services.
• Modify, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Services.
• Access the Services to build a competitive product.
• Interfere with, disable, disrupt, or impair the Services.
• Attempt to access another user’s Account or non-public portions of the Services.
• Upload or transmit malicious code (viruses, worms, etc.).
• Violate any applicable laws or infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Collect data in ways not permitted by these Terms or our robots.txt file.
• Use the Services in an abusive or fraudulent manner.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time, with or without notice.

3. Your Account and Responsibilities

To use certain features, you may need to create a Manga Translator account (“Account”). You are responsible for all activity on your Account and for keeping it secure. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not license, sell, or transfer your Account without our written approval.

It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as it could compromise your phone’s security and cause the Manga Translator app to not work properly.

4. Your Content & Feedback

Any ideas, suggestions, and feedback you provide about our Services are voluntary. Manga Translator may use them without compensation or obligation to you.

5. Third-Party Content, Services, and Promotions

The Services may contain links to third-party content, products, or services. We are not responsible for these and you use them at your own risk. The app also uses third-party services, like Google Play Services, which have their own terms. The Services may also contain advertisements. If you run a promotion, you are solely responsible for its legal compliance and must state that it is not sponsored by Manga Translator.

6. Paid Services and Payment Information

Certain services, including the Manga Translator Subscription, are available for purchase (“Paid Services”). Manga Translator may change fees or benefits with reasonable notice. We use third-party providers to process your payments. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge you for all incurred costs, including taxes.

Manga Translator Subscription Agreement: By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring payments. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

7. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Manga Translator and its affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Manga Translator DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES ARE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL MANGAOT’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR ANY AMOUNT YOU PAID MANGAOT IN THE PREVIOUS SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any claims arising from them will be governed by the laws of California. All disputes will be brought solely in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco, California.

11. Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your Account. We may suspend or terminate your Account or access to the Services at any time for any reason, including for violating these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete it from your device.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Terms and update the “Last Updated” date. By continuing to use the Services after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.

13. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Manga Translator. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms freely.
